Help Ahmed and Dana’s family in Gaza to survive

Hello! I’m Joanne Harkin, living in Belfast, and I set up this fundraiser for my friends Ahmed and Dana in Gaza who urgently need your help. They have two yound children, Youssef, who is three years old and baby AbdulRahman who is just three months old.

Your donation will help this family to:

• Buy baby formula and nappies for their baby boy.

• Buy desperately-needed food, clean water, and urgent medical supplies.

• Stay alive until the time comes when they can hopefully evacuate Gaza to safety.

Here is some information about Ahmed’s family:

“Before the war, we had a comfortable life in Gaza and were grateful for everything, but our home was destroyed by bombing, and we had to flee.

My wife gave birth to our baby son during this attack on Gaza and now she is suffering from a lack of nutrition that is needed to feed our baby. The situation is very desperate.

Our little baby boy AbdulRahman needs baby formula and nappies, but these basic necessities are now impossible for us to purchase without your help.

The scarcity of food means it has become incredibly expensive when found. We have no food left and no means of generating our own income.

Our young family is completely alone in a war zone, trying to survive with nothing — and two small children depending on us.

We are so grateful for your support. Any donation, no matter how small, helps us keep our babies alive and God willing we will survive this genocide.”
